An outdoor board is judged in daylight, not in a dark demo room. Agree the nit level for noon before you agree the pitch.
Night games are the easy case. The same board at noon needs headroom, or the picture turns grey.
Also confirm the catwalk. A fascia you cannot reach from behind should not be specified as rear service.
